The teacher:

b.     Uses knowledge of student development to make learning experiences in the content area meaningful and accessible for every student.
Assessment for a team-taught class regarding Vertebrate animals
Grading rubrics allow for differentiation of summative assessment

c.     Relates ideas and information within and across content areas.
Graphing brings mathematics and science together
Works Cited information used in conjunction with the English Department
Careers education for our upper level students
Study skills will help develop successful students in all areas

d.     Understands and uses instructional strategies that are appropriate to the content area.
Biological Etymology is used to increase vocabulary strength
